You may purchase the Delphi Lavender products from the Delphi Lavender Fields at 508 Buchanan’s Road, Yaldhurst, on the western outskirts of Christchurch in Canterbury, New Zealand.
We also have a lavender nursery there where we propagate and grow several grades of Lavandula angustifolia ‘Pacific Blue’. This is a lavender variety particularly suited to South Island growing conditions. It is highly perfumed and grows vigorously with a uniform size and shape, making it very good for hedging and mass planting.
We are open to the public in December when the lavender is in flower and the fields look a picture. For the rest of the year you are very welcome to come to the Delphi Lavender Fields and purchase the products and plants, but please phone first to make sure we are there!
Markets
Libby is at the Arts Centre Market, Worcester Boulevard, in Central Christchurch on Saturday and Sunday of most weekends. The market is from 10am until 4pm Libby is also at the new Arts Centre Produce Market on Fridays from 12 noon until 6pm. You will be able to buy Delphi Lavender Honey and culinary lavender, as well as the Delphi lavender products
Doug is at the Canterbury Farmers Market, Riccarton House, Deans’ Bush, Kahu Road, Riccarton, in Christchurch on Saturday mornings, 9am – 12 noon
Doug is also at the Riccarton Rotary Sunday Market at Riccarton Racecourse, Christchurch on Sundays, 9am – 2pm
